Question about Big Corporate Accounts
 

I want to ask...If your a big corporate account selling on Ebay with Revenue of Millions and Billions, You must still get a lot of same issues, such as item not described,Not Received,Negative Feedback, Chargebacks Etc

So since the Ebay AI is so trigger happy with suspensions, bans etc, Is there a special department that keeps these companies forever listing on ebay without having to suffer what we all have suffered? Because sometimes when you look at Feedback of some major retailers, The negative feedback is quite alarming and obviously that means that all kinds of cases have been open prior

those accounts likely have a special eb agent assigned to them - sort of like a vip host
