So I got two accounts on eBay. One got banned with the following message:
Your account has been banned from selling on eBay indefinitely due to bad selling practices (I got a ton of negative feedback and the score is currently at 60%) plus a bunch of item not received cases (40% rate).
The message states this will apply to any new accounts I may open in the future.
I got in touch with chat-support and asked about the other account and they said I can still sell on it, I asked the chat-agent whether he is sure about this and he said yes.
Both accounts don't show the "Not registered anymore" and it has been more than 40 days since the banning without the 2nd account receiving a notification about a ban or anything of that sort.
What do you think?? The 2nd account still got a chance to live or is it toast??
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
it is a typical suspension message for bad performance , this is basically when performance is so bad that they skip the step of temporary restriction and suspend right away
such a suspension is final but it is likely that other accounts will not be hit because ebay do not tend to do chain suspensions for bad performance
Murdered is right, your banning has to do with poor performance of one account, the other is not affected UNLESS it performs badly,is that account using the same M.O, as the other one,INAD and INR?
