Setting up a company in the UK and an eBay account

Hello, I have a question, I want to run a legitimate eBay account. My personal information has been suspended in the US, but I am now considering setting up a UK LTD at 1stformations.co.uk. I will buy residential thread from ipburger as IP. I can get a real UK phone number for the phone. I have to use services such as Revolut, Wise, Payoneer that can be opened remotely as a bank account. But will these work? Do you mind if I've never been to the UK? Thanks.

I think your problem will be the bank account as I believe the companies you are quoting will not work with UK eBay. If you are considering VOIP for the phone that is also another hurdle as it has been reported that they are detected by them as well and not allowed.

I would recommend that you use the marketplace here and purchase a business account.

Where to start......

You clearly don't understand UK Limited Companies and how they are regulated and the info ebay require about it and it's directors.

IMO you're wasting your time, it's not gonna happen how I guess you think it is. Don't waste any money on this idea.

Got it, It was just an idea for me, people can open a US LLC or UK LTD even from different countries and use their Stripe, Paypal account without any problems. I thought this might work just as well on eBay. As I understand it, eBay has different requirements. Thanks for the answers.

You need an accepted Bank account, register for VAT, meet all the legal demands as a director with Companies House and HMRC and that's before you get told by ebay (if this forum is to be believed) that a non resident cannot create an ebay UK account with their new Limited Company.

It's not gonna happen.
