It will have to be someone inside, the ability to call and have the feedback removed is finished, the reps report their button on their screens is greyed out and they can no longer do it.

Recommend you try the services in the market place on here that gets the feedback removed

I had negative feedback removed just a few weeks ago. But maybe only because the buyer tried blackmail me

That removal was justified and within eBays rules, I think the OP wants feedback removed that does not qualify under their rules.
