eBay account suspended a few years ago
 

In 2020 during Covid, eBay suspended my business account for INR cases too high, i never got it back.

I sell on a personal account now but can't get the limit over 20k items lifted in-spite of trying for more than 6 months now.

I have an LLC with a FEIN and its been good for 25+ years, is it OK to start a new business account 3 years after the suspension and use all my genuine info to get past the managed payments, but give my alternate co. name and address that i have when registering with eBay?

I will use my alt business name and address with eBay setup and my legit LLC info with managed payments, or will everything get banned due to the suspension 3 years ago?

I'd say do it.

I've seen members reusing their own info to make MP accounts after a long suspension and it works.

However you better ship your stuff to your clients from now on.

The account is strong and the information is true, so go for it.

I know Etsy now wants your bank account name to be the same as the name you used to open your Etsy account,your shop name can be anything.
Did Ebay has the same rule now??
