Site for Scan Based return labels?

Hey all, so I secessfully made my first stealth account.
I have a question in regards to handling returns.
I want to use ebays integrated shipping service for outgoing orders .
I also want to include scan based return shipping labels.
Anyone know of a site I can use to create shipping labels
that only charge my card when the items been scanned by USPS?
Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Site for Scan Based return labels?

You can use eBay's return labels which will charge you when the customer ships the return and then its usually taken from funds held. The good thing is your return address does not have to be your stealth address, you can put a PO Box, your actual address or a friends, it will not effect your stealth account

what happens is the buyer takes the return package to post office, the post office charges Ebay and then Ebay charges you.
if you dont want Ebay to be involved, then you have to deal wiith USPS direct, like Macy or Norstrom,I doubt your volume justifies such service
