Using my new checking personal account
 

I Just acquired a new Ebay stealth account.

The Ebay stealth account isn't under my name.

Would ebay MP or Ebay in general restrict or give me problems using a checking account with my personal info?

You can put the name on the stealth account with the routing and account number of the bank account and they can not check it.

True - can't check it but if hit with ID request...trouble.

Or MP can be entered in real details of account holder name

No, that is illegal. You cannot open a bank account under a false name. It is if you got MC099 and eBay asked for your photo ID you're screwed.

asking for ID, is it something usually happen on eBay?
i got my first sale on my stealth account and they asked for ID

Not for me, I'm sure they ask for ID more for countries outside of United States, besides the ones they're based in.

Nobody is suggesting opening an account under a false name that is illegal.

It is not an offense to put the account holder name in MP under another account and routing number.

For instance a guy uses his girlfriend’s details to open an account and when it comes to MP her details goes in SSN etc except for the bank account where her name will be placed on his bank account details and he gets the money in his bank.

He clearly said opening a checking account under eBay info. Using one persons SSN then transferring that money into a business checking account, or personal is not a long term solution. If that person ever got audited those sales will be able to be traced to that person.

The OP never said they were opening an account just using a bank account with their personal info.
