hello do you report taxes on europe?
and if they asked how can explain dismatch names on ebay account and your name when withdraw?it looks like stealing money from ebay account

It is up to the individual to declare any profit made from selling non personal products, so if you are buying to resell then you have to report it in your tax returns.

If you are paying income taxes on your profit then you will not be questioned on which account it is being paid into.

If you are a seller in a country say the UK you do not have to declare your earnings to the French if you sold an item to somebody in France.

There is no requirement to inform the IRS of any country you sell in just the one you live in as you have to pay your taxes to them.
