Your Selling Privileges are Restricted due to "Bad" Level of INR%
 

Hello

For 7 years my only way of living is flipping on ebay.
I've had some personal problems and I shipped my orders with many days of delay for the last 2 months and I received this message.
Can someone please tell me if this is temporary or permanent and how to solve it?
My life is ruined If I can not sell again.

"Upon evaluation of your recent transactions, it comes to our attention that the INR% (item not received rate) of your eBay account is high compared to other eBay sellers.
Pursuant to our User Agreement, we regret to inform you that your selling permission of the United States corridor(delivery country) will be blocked.You cannot list items on eBay.com or select United States as your shipping location.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this regard."

I can not make new listings or edit existing ones but my listings are still active.

I've sent an offer to someone, and the buyer paid.
I can't even think right now, I just want this to not be permanent.
I want to send ebay a message but as I know my metrics will improve this cycle because I had a lot of transactions that will be smooth I am waiting to see if this goes better without sending them a message.

Most likely this is permanent.

Here are 2 solutions that I'd immediately do if I were in your shoes.

1. Start building a new stealth account using the stealth guide. You'll have to start small and be patient with this.

2. Buy a stealth account from one of the sellers in the forum's marketplace that has accounts ready to sell at some volume. This will enable to sell perhaps at your normal pace and volume.

But as we are now on managed payments and I used my real ID for this account, to start a new account will I have to use somebody's ID?

they keep your listings,but you cant add any new listing/
why call them,it would just remind them to take a look at your account.
Your metrici is VERY BAD,and ebay has too many sellers not enough buyer,it wont let you back

even if they let you back,your fee is much higher.
I think it is 16%.
find another venue or set up a different account

You submited all tracking numbers?
Wait until all products are delivered without complaints and call them explaining your situtation with noting that all items are delivered

No, this is the type of restriction that was done on an aged account manually applied by someone in either trust & safety, or merchant support. This is not a generic type of restriction, if so they would have just gave you an MC099. I would suggest calling merchant support if you need to upgrade to anchor support do it. Speak with them and explain everything, don't take no as an answer, and try to speak with a supervisor. Do not let them convince you they'll be able to resolve it, ask to speak to a supervisor or manager.

I would suggest saying something like at worst can you allow me to improve my metrics and be given this privilege to sell in America at a future date? Can you restrict me to a certain amount and I prove myself overtime? They cannot do this, or if they did the algorithms would remove whatever restriction you have if given enough time so that is the best approach IMO. It is not permanent unless you allow it to be.

how can he improve if he is not allowed to sell ?His old listings are still there and he has made an offer,but no new listings

As your main account is not suspended the restriction on selling or listing in the USA can be reevaluated after regular good account service in your EU account with good shipping metrics.

I would work a plan out before hand when you appeal the USA suspension, such as ship within 24 hours with say FedEx or whatever carrier you would use and that you will monitor the progress of all sales to the USA by the carrier.

Yeah I have exactly the same restriction.
eBay is pretty mad. I used to be Top Rated and I have good record with 100% positive feedbacks ratio. I have around 600 sales and just 2 INR (resolved immediately) cases over the past 12 months and that was enough for them to put my account under that restriction. I’m living of it so it’s a huge deal for me. I already send them a dozen of emails and even created a Better Business Bureau complaint and still they’re denying any of my appeals. You can search for a Service metrics policy at eBay and you’ll find out that info: “if you have less then 1% of this rate your metrics will be counted as Average”. So I wrote that as well but they’re denying still without any explanations. I will be calling today as well.
The most funniest thing is that they’re telling me to work with my existing listings but I have zero quantity on it so it’s completely idiotic advice.
I just wanted to share this so as much as possible sellers who has the same issue would file a complaint with Better Business Bureau so eBay could find their policies completely dumb.

Okay I was able to call. It didn’t help at all. I was talking with 3 people and the last one was a supervisor but actually they even don’t want to create any appeal case. A supervisor was speaking like he absolutely don’t care. So I can count this as a shadow suspension. There’re no any way around this so the last instance is Better Business Bureau but I’m pretty doubt they could help. Looking now for another account.

Only after his metrics approve and if his majority sales is from USA,not UK,it would take a long long time
