Difference between MP and Payoneer
 

I want to buy a stealth account.
Some sellers proppose an MP account already verified and I just need to add my bank account.
Other sellers proppose a Payoneer account.
What is the difference here and how can one withdraw funds from Payoneer?

Payoneer is actually a payment processor. You’ll be receiving funds to your Payoneer account and then you can withdraw to any bank account in almost any country to any name (using Pay option).
US, UK, EU (1 tier zones) eBay will require to add your own bank account right at eBay itself. By the way I don’t know if it’s possible to add a mismatched name bank acc.

Is there any difference between a payoneer business account and payoneer personal account ebay account...anybody tested this?

MP is better than payoneer if you have access to banks that are accepted by MP

it is better because in this case you only depend on ebay otherwise you depend on both ebay and payoneer , any of them may kick you out anytime

Payoneer is similar to PayPal. They will hold your funds if they want to, and accounts can be suspended for whatever reason, always best to use your own bank account.

Is MP still asking you for a whole bunch of personal info?

PP gone from eb - MP just needs name on bank account

I guess the biggest problem now with stealth is not a name on bank account but rather to have creative ID's to create the accounts. Most countries which use MP ebay has access to database and suspend you since they knoe your ID doesn't exist.

Payonner is just a cash out option avaliable for some countries instead of adding a bank account

Both are still ebay managed payments. Simply alternative withdrawal options
