hey guys, trying to create stealth account (from israel).
got a few questions -
i want to open account via friends & family, is there a better way?
also, i dont want to put my friends bank acc on the payoneer, where do i open online bank accounts?
and can ebay connect accounts based on credit card number? not bank account, credit card. like, can i pay fees for multiple accounts by one credit card?

if you want a stable israeli payoneer account you should use israeli bank account , there are just a few banks down there so you take one of them

actual withdrawals could be done through payoneer card but from time to time to bank as it increases stability

you can try a foreign bank but it increases risk of suspension

although same credit card could be used on multiple ebay it is not advisable because it may create problems in case of suspension of one of the accounts

i see a lot of "professional" dropshippers buy accounts from people and somehow link their account to payoneer w/o taking banking details from the original owner of the account (whom they bought it from). how are they doing it?
someone knows how?

they likely use payoneer cards to withdraw but if you want a stable account it is better to also have a verified local bank account on file

can ebay link stealth accounts based on same credit card holder details (but different card)? meaning if multiple cards have same phone # for example.

as long as the credit card number is different, it won't be linked.

they can't see the phone # unless you give it

you mean that as long as i wont send them my phone number they wont know it, right?
so i can buy a mastercard vcc from a site (g2a for example) and use it on an account w/o being linked?

They either

Get the payonner card
Send it to another payonner account they own and withdraw
Transfer the payonner balance in exchange for crypto (lots of sellers that offer this service)
