Does anybody know how or can this be checked

As wanted to know if the ID submitted with be linked to a restricted account!

you would need to open an account with bogus details , start selling , ebay will notice the details are bogus and will ask you to provide correct details and ID

you have one attempt as you will need to upload ID , when it's done it's done , changes to personal details after that would lead to suspension

That’s right is a one time deal, you change your ID details and it will lead to suspension.

Okay a bit of a conflict on this here

Some people are saying that once they ask you for change of documents thats when you change your account to the real info

Or

Is it advisable to change to your real info once its been created and up and running BEFORE they ask for the ID

AND

If they ask for your ID and something dosent match when presented first time and ask to be resubmitted, the account is Toast?

Then if i may ask, how come Real ID is the only way forward even though its obviously linked to various banned accounts in its realtime. Can a dodgy ID actually pass nowadys?

All the options you have listed are doable but with consequences - the choice lies with the person a.k.a. you.

I prefer stealth info for eb then real info for mp segment

Is there diffrent options or is this split in two? when ebay ask you for ID, is that Real or Stealth...cause aint they linked? I thought you change both MP and Ebay into one same ID unit

it is always best to just use your real info from the start because this will mean there will not be a failed verification

if verification fails there is always a risk you will be suspended even after uploading real ID

How can you use real info from the start if your meant to be on stealth mode, isnt that why we are on this forum?

nowdays stealth is more about the ability to start out at all , not a question of bogus details as ebay are not concerned about sellers running multiple accounts on their real details but more about various kinds of harassment towards various types of sellers which mostly leads to people having problem to start out at all with any details

So based on what you have said..

How do you get around only having one passport of DL that you can use if everytime its going to be linked regardless. I mean the UK DL and PP are like for 10 years and surely the AI and bots just scan numbers and keep them as memory, thus when you provide the same thing, it just links you?

the whole linking problem is an issue only for people selling dodgy items which get removed all the time and sellers get kicked out

with low risk items linking does not matter much , you just use yourself and a couple of relatives

Okay so what you are saying is that lets say you were selling dodgy items and you get banned but reopened another ac with same details but sold angellic nice items, you wont be banned?

depends on level of previous suspension , mostly chain suspensions happen because of fraud or copyright issues , with other reasons it usually concerns one account only

So just to try to clear this up....

Can you submit ID before requested? Yes via chat if you ask to ID verify your account. A lot of agents won't do it but some will.

Swapping to real details - yes that is OK. So if you buy or make a stealth account then use it in those details until.ID is requested then swap the name and DOB to your own. Address can be left as it is. Then upload an ID that had not address on it (passport, birth certificate etc)

This method works over and over quite nice. Banks don't have am issue with mismatching names (bar some digital banks) so won't have an issue with the initsl mismatched names

So long as you have been banned for fraud or something serious then you can do this across several accounts at a time with no linking or limitations
