Hi everyone. I got a fresh Sri Lankan account and I can't list anything from US.
Here's what eBay is saying:

russia is under sanctions so other countries are needed , I am not sure though if sri lanka should be used
russian sellers who were restricted because of sanctions usually open up in georgia , kazakhstan and armenia
That's right. I had account in Georgia for almost 2 years and established it with only positive feedbacks but they restricted me from US marked because I have 0.34% Item Never Received rate lol.
Thank you for the advice. I'll try to slowly grow sales from Sri Lanka location. We'll see if it works.

Sri Lanka accounts are useless imo

Only 1 still works and it's because I haven't sold $150usd worth of stuff yet

Would not recommend. Waste of time and money.
I found someone who was able to get the money out of Payoneer for me, I got lucky about that.

Yep changed just over a year ago so the make up of where ebay accounts are registered changed quite a lot because of it
