lol are these two bots? someone just made this same post, if you have ever sold on eBay you should know it is taken out of the sale automatically therefore you don't pay seller fees anymore.

sorry i didn't use the right notions, my question is if for the credit card that ebay asks for when becoming a seller account, can i use payoneer credit card (?)

How does a seller pay for listing fee ,before the item is sold?
Some features require you to pay a fee like $2 ?

payoneer card is most likely blocked everywhere as it is frequently abused
