looking for a good vcc
 

hello, looking for a vcc that will work on ebay.com for an israeli account (i understood that there is a problem with israel and vccs).

also, will ebay mark me if i use my second credit card (for selling fees) for a stealth account? the billing address is the same - the card details are different.

You can just order a new card if the billing address is all the same - much better than using a VCC

what do you mean? the ebay stealth account's name is different than the card details.
can i just use my second credit card with my name that is different than the ebay account, and has a billing address that is used on a different account?

If the address registered in the eBay where you want add the card is the same of the billing address should be able to use it

The credit card has to match both name and address of registered seller, you can change the details to another name and address but it will raise flags on a new account.

the address match details are important for the cc - i've added cc under different names as long as addresses match

you could ask the sellers in marketplace as a first step

when you use a credit card,what they check is the street number and the zipcode,cardholder name and street name cannot be verified unless they call the bank or cardholder

So you mean that if I use my second credit card they cannot link it to my first credit card?

open a new prepaid card with your real info and once you receive it in the mail go online and change your address to the stealth address.

Not sure if they sell them in Israel - if they do that is an option though
