One of my accounts has been hit with mc11 90% it’s gone!! My question is I have 2 more accounts still trading am I right in thinking they’ve survived not being linked?? The restriction was in place 2 weeks ago.

You can never tell if they have linked you, but the probability is that they have not. Just need to keep up good customer service and sell products that will not flag the account.

On MP. Yes. But account wise no all diff details! Business diff the lot. But the name much match the bank account but even then diff bank accounts to.

This account will go. But av had another that went and others survived. Again my name matched my bank that’s it. Everything else diff incl bank accounts all diff. But same name.

Both are diff companies but same name director but diff addresses for each director aswell.

what exactly did the suspension email say? the reason for suspension is the most important factor

The usual
Mc11 ship all orders with confirmed delivery then submit appeal but right now it’s restricted also said I can’t open another account. So am guessing the linking bots searched and couldn’t link me to any account ???

I would say all are linked and toast. I would start for backup accounts with fresh info

if the accounts still work after a week then they will likely not be suspended or restricted because of the other one

ebay like hitting all accounts short term if there is a chain suspension of existing accounts

This was my thoughts we’ve lost 3 accounts all in my name regarding MP but all account info diff. I think the other poster is not knowing it’s diff in uk we don’t have SSN.

No not identical same products t shirts but diff listings diff keywords etc. but that shouldn’t count should it on a bot linking? They’ll go by address. Ip address. Cookies. Email address. Phone number etc ???

If accounts are going to get limited due to linking it usually happening within hours.

Selling the same products wont link you

Having the same name these days isnt enough to link you either

Only time it generally happens is same user account on the PC and same IP address

If the other accounts are live then then you have dodged the bullet, eBay is fairly fast in suspending linked accounts, usually in the same day, hours apart.

Cheers. All accounts still good. But the restricted account still hasn’t been banned. And still under the mc11 but now below standard. That’s how it’ll prob get closed. I have not logged into the account since the restriction.

Sorry to bring up an old thread mate but at 1am they finally permanently restricted the account haha saying any one in the household will be restricted plus any associated accounts will be to. My other 2 eBay’s are fine am I right in saying they’ve survived as it’s 9am now surely the bots would have got them both within the hr?

Nothing the account hasn’t been active for over a year! I took a Chance replied to an old email and they replied saying usual they wanted id proof of address but then next email said it was permanently restricted and all accounts associated or in same household will go.

Surely ab passed as when it first got restricted ad of lost all accounts then ??
