Default Questions about selling again on eBay

Hi everyone, I have some questions about selling on eBay again and I would appreciate any help you could offer. A little over a year ago, I had some unpaid item strikes that resulted in my eBay account being suspended. A month or so later, I created a brand new account using the same legit personal information from my old account...I still am using this new account worry free for buying ONLY. When I pay for items that I win, I still use my old PayPal account that I had linked with my old suspended account to pay. Anyway, my question is that now that I've been on eBay for a year now, do you think it would be safe to start selling again. I did create a NEW PayPal account with completely different bank information (different bank, routing # and acct #) thats never been linked, so I think I will be okay there, but I'm a little worried about my personal information being the same as my old account. All I'm planning on selling is non sport trading cards so its nothing high risk or vero. I currently have 39 positive feedbacks on my new account and I haven't had any trouble in the past year...no suspensions, verifications or account being limited. I hope I've given you enough information and I realize that you guys can't guarantee anything, but I guess what I'm mainly asking is what would you do if you were in my shoes. Thanks in advance!!!

If I were you I start selling. Shut down for unpaid item strikes is no big deal and even if you get linked and suspended again, then you can just open a new account with different info. Account with 39 feedback one year old wouldn't be the end of the world if you lose it.

Be prepared for the limitation... I use my real suspended address on buyers accounts which has never been a problem but if I try to sell I get linked and suspended almost straight away.

Thank you both for your replies! Do you think it would be better to create an all new account with stealth information and use the new PayPal address with it? The only reason I was wanting to use my current account is so I could run Buy-It-Now auctions since you have to have at least 10 feedback to do so. Thanks again!

as boondoggle said you could give it a go.... but it would be most frustrating to get some sales, ship the items then along comes the limitation.... was it a pemanent suspension as this would make a difference?

For the long term I would suggest going the full stealth route.... You will soon build up some feedback... you will need ebay/paypal accounts with matching details. If the new paypal you have created is stealth and not linked to your current buying account you could use it. If it's not it would be best to start again.

Are you fully versed in the stealth procedure? if not I would recommend the stealth ebook or have a good read around the forums.
