Ebay UK MC011 INVOICES
 

Hi, I am a dropshipper and I do around £8,000 revenue per month consistently on a 4 year old account.

Ebay are asking for invoices to prove I’m not a dropshipper, this was literally said over the phone to me, so obviously I got worried.

However I have created some invoices from real suppliers. I sell tech, so fire sticks, galaxy watches etc. i put 50x amazon fire stick 10x galaxy watch etc on the invoices, and made quite a few invoices for different amount of products, different dates etc.

Do you think this could work? If I can show anyone the invoice that would be great if you’re willing to take a look, thanks!

98% of orders have tracking and show as delivered, and the customer service agent said that’s fine

Are the invoices made digital , also if could be better a photo from real paper

there might be an issue if ebay check tracking , if you are dropshipper it may show different senders all the time

Yes digital pdf. Do you think I should print them and take photos instead?? Does this work better in your experience?

it is likely tracking was checked if they told you specifically that you want to check you for dropshipping

I was asking loads of questions and they said it’s just to show proof of purchase from a supplier to make sure you’re not dropshipping. Sounded pretty generic hopefully the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice works I have £1.3k locked

I would just say I paid for the postage label at the post office and I don’t keep receipts, but I can show bank statements. Then I’d make a bank statement quite easily.

I’ve heard ebay call the phone number on the invoice, so I should purchase a voip and put it on the invoice and answer the call as the supplier?😂

I think you have been caught drop shipping, it’s quite easy doing a sample of origination zip codes and yours will be all over the place and none from the area of your address the asking for invoices is a time wasting exercise by eBay, gives you hope when they have already decided to keep the suspension on.

Best thing to do is start a new stealth account and have one drop shipper supplier where shipping is from one zip code.

A vendor invoice should show company name and address and phone number,your account number and address and name of your company,product code,name,unit price,quantity= total,freight and grand total,if you are selling electronics,ebay pretty much know who the vendors are.

I’m not gonna quit just yet, I’ve got a invoice, bank statements and a paypal payment all matching so hopefully they accept it

I am selling electronics but I’m using a supplier from Hong Kong but they operate in the UK

Not yet, I’m paying someone from fiverr to reinstate it with insider working for ebay. First they are appealing with authentic invoice, so we will see

Be really careful with that while there are services like that around there are also a lot of scams claiming to offer that service.

I am dealing and going through the exact same thing. Need to see about invoices and then try reinstated with insider. Do you mind sharing who you are using or if it worked? There are so many scammers Im really nervous about that

I just got a reply from ebay saying that invoices DO NOT work, and my account was permanently suspended. I dont tick it was the invoices they just wanted to get the account shut down. I am now looking ta insider or what I cna do to recover the account.

Hi, im a seller arbitrage/drop too
The best way to avoid MC011 is to reduce the revenue on the single account. Just create more than 1 steatlh account and spread sales over those accounts.
Like 2k a month first account 2,5k second account and so on
with low revenue its almost impossibile to get mc011

Btw just browse on ebay and you'll see Dropshipper with 500.000 listing imported from Amazon with millionare revenue on 1 account, sometimes its just random (mc011), or ebay didnt like your metrics And it was just an excuse to send you away from the marketplace

Good advice for that type of selling, multiple account, low turnover on each, keeps you under the radar, just make sure your stealth is up to scratch the accounts do not get associated.
