i have already one store that's selling , and got suspended on the new one.
 

Hello everyone :welcome;

i have question for you all.

i have already eBay Store that's already making around 500/1k /month

so i've ask eBay CS support team if i could open new stores on the same account and they told me that's totally okay and just open a new email and verify with the same payooner the exist on my main store.

so i did everything , and after a few days i get msg from ebay that my account has been on hold for 7 days and to send them a msg so they can help me out.

after i did send the msg really few mins after i get automatic msg from ebay that's say my account has ben suspended . and now i dont know what to do..

will it effect on my main account?
is it possable to get the second store alive..

these are random suspensions , main store will not be affected but you may be suspended on any new account , promises by ebay reps do not play any role

Usually you will be told the steps you need to do to restore the account

Generally speaking though its best to make sure accounts are run separate to each other just to avoid this from happening

the only step's they said is to contact the support team and they will ask me some questions..

but i just got automatic massage that I'm suspended..


all i need to know its if my main store will get the ban aswell..

are the accounts related? same info used in registration?

new accounts are suspended randomly so that existing accounts will not be affected , closing anything yourself is not required , they just take down the new account and the matter is closed until you make another attempt

Lesson #1 , DO NOT EVER, NEVER TRUST these monkeys on eBay.

They literally will sweet talk you and NOT give you the right info.

So next time before you call them, ASK us in a thread in this forum first for advice.

If your second account was selling the same product as the first, that is a reason why they will suspend it, usually they like second accounts to be selling entirely different things. The reason why they allow second stores is so a seller who sells say, ink cartridges and toner may open another account to sell baby clothes, this allows you to build a brand following.
