ebays asks for upgrading to payoneer business type account

Hello
ebay asks me to upgrade to business account but since I only use Payoneer individual account they ask me to upgrade my payoneer account to business.

ebay accepts a screenshot of Payoneer email to confirm it has been done. Where can I get that image?

They ask personal account holders to upgrade to a business account when a certain dollar amount or items sold is being close to being reached or exceeded.

The dollar amount has been muted as $10,000 or 300 items sold in a year.

Also if you are selling new items or new ones with multiple options then it should be a business account from the start.

Hasn't been forced to upgrade
It's at 213 sales and 24k gross

Is Israel exempt?

Also want to add usa account has 80k gross and a ton of sales with no force upgrade

I think it is when you exceed 1000 items in a year or in 3 months.

Does anybody know if I link my relative's payoneer business account that has not been linked to any other ebay account. Will that work?

They asked me when I exceeded 1000 items in a year on Global Region.
If I wait 1 month will they still ask me to upgrade because it will drop way below that amount.

the only risk of upgrade to business on payoneer is that it may trigger additional verification

I doubt it is possible to replace payoneer account as ebay is synced with payoneer meaning that the personal details of payoneer would need to be updated on ebay which would basically mean change of ownership of ebay account

It maybe by country with the different laws concerning taxes in each one, it would be nice to have some kind of list per country.

payoneer is not linked but synced , this is a major difference

Ukrainian Payoneer is very easy to switch to the business one.
