eBay print label with funds not working anyone know why?
 

I have a newish account and unusually print the label direct through ebay with ebay funds
I've shipped manually first few times, but I'm about to start really selling

When I go to print from red notification in top right, it'll let me select with funds, then just gives me a unable to create label error.

Does eBay need a payment method on file? It has my bank info for payments already but not as payment method. My other stealth acc didn't require this...

It's a euro acc, so I'm unfamiliar with it.

Any suggestions?

You have to go to Ebay to find out.
may be it dose not apply to EU

if your account is new, likely funds are being held so you cant use the funds as yet
