Continuousy asking for the same documents??
 

Ive had two accounts go into restriction and they have been asking to send the supplier info, bank accounts, passport

However everytime i submit, they keep on asking for another thing based on the same documents,

They asked for invoice, they refuse, then they asked for it to be itemised and then after that they will ask for ID again even though its been sent, then two days later they will reask for utility, then they will say not accepted , then they accept and then back to problem with invoice

Now i had about 100 listings and i only sold 5 items and i didnt even have most instock but i can proove ones ive sold. They also have held the funds till the 15th of october.

So question is after the 15th will the funds release? even if im under restriction?

It is not good if they give you the run around and keep asking for documents, just keep on supplying them, perhaps a phone call or online chat may help, is the payment hold showing in your sales record, if yes then it will probably get released, if it’s red lined in payments then you are under review and will have to sort out the ID to release it.

It happened to me in different situation they kept asking again the document ID during the verification at the end was accepted

45-60 days likely unless you have been accused of breach of ToA...

It's happening for me too, they asking ID document and after upload error show up again after 5minutes.

I use eBay chat and they asking me to wait 3-5 working days until they manual review the case.

It feels like a never-ending loop! In my experience, once they’ve requested everything and verified the details, they usually release the funds, but it can depend on the platform’s internal review process. If they’ve been asking for documents repeatedly, they might still be reviewing your account or verifying things further.

I had a similar issue when I was dealing with international paperwork recently, and LAS Ltd helped me with the process of getting my documents authenticated. They were really responsive and efficient, and it made the whole thing a lot smoother.

IF IT keeps asking for the same documents,it is because the documents you submitted are not valid,validity is in the eyes of EBAY
