Follow-up comment possible for feedback already revised?
 

Hi, quick question related to feedback:

A buyer leaves negative feedback for a seller. The seller contacts the buyer and requests a feedback revision. The buyer then revises the feedback to neutral and changes the comment. The seller does not leave a reply comment. Can the buyer still add a follow-up feedback comment?

The reply comment I think only the seller can leave even after the revision of the buyer

You're right that only the seller can reply to the buyer's feedback comment, but it seems it's also possible now for the buyer to leave a "follow up comment" to their original one. So I wanted to know if they could do that to a revised comment too. It's not very clear from Ebay's help pages.

AFAIK the buyer can only leave a follow up comment to any reply the seller leave to the original feedback.

Correct the buyer can respond to the sellers feedback comments, even after the buyer has changed the feedback at sellers request, they always get the final say.
