Weird Limits

Signed up with a payoneer business account - it was such a pain they requested docs and went through my past transactions requesting info even though the account is already fully verified.

Anyways I received 200 item/$7000 limits. I listed cheap pc speakers new/open box with my real location as a first listing.

Woke up to new limit's 1000/$50000

Is this normal?

Yes, I had this happen twice before on business accounts but not on individual ones.
