I can't list any new item for 3 months!
 

Hello there,
Unfortunately in July I had an accident and I sent some orders with delay. Because of that I had a Very High Item Not Received Rate (INR%) as this new metric was introduced precisely in July. My selling permission of the United States corridor (delivery country) was blocked. I cannot list items on eBay.com or select United States as your shipping location. Ebay says that "The restriction will be removed when I enhance the buyer experience." For 3 months already I have my service metrics on "average" or even better than my peers but my suspension doens't get removed. My seller level depending on the region is Above Standard or Top Rated. If I can not list any item for much longer it's impossible to sustain my sales, they are droping and droping. Can someone please explain to me how can I have my restriction removed? What service metrics do I need? I don't understand, my service metrics were High in comparison to my peers 4 months ago but since 3 months it's the same as my peers or even better.

sounds like account is done - only way of trying to reinstate is to work with eb

Can you add photo of your metric's? I think (INR%) rate calculated by last 3 months

if your old listings are still active,you can lower the price so they will sell and get good feedback

ask your friend to buy them and leave good feedback

If EBAY said it is all auto,then talking to a clerk is not going to make any difference,if the system does not have a feature for them to override it,there is nothing they can do for you.

THEN the buyer expects the goods to arrive sooner?

shipping from a foreign country to USA,if you have tracking,you are protected from INR,but rather expensive.
IT is cheaper from Canada to USA with tracking,

DHL is bigger than either one outside USA.
Most Europeans use DHL

If you had a 3 month new listing suspension in July, that should be lifted soon if your INR rate is above average.

I think it's not the reason you get suspension, metrics are totally fine, only 2 cases from 1000 transactions.

Have you call eBay?

you need to check first which message it shows when you try to list , what exactly it says in red letters why you can not list

When I try to list an item it shows:

"You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca or select the United States or Canada as your shipping location. The restriction will be removed when you enhance the buyer experience."

The problem is that when this new metric started I had a very high Item Not Received Rate. Now I don't have but the restriction doesn't go away

This was the email I received in July when this metric started and I had a poor service:

"Upon evaluation of your recent transactions, it comes to our attention that the INR% (item not received rate) of your eBay account is high compared to other eBay sellers.
Pursuant to our User Agreement, we regret to inform you that your selling permission of the United States corridor(delivery country) will be blocked.You cannot list items on eBay.com or select United States as your shipping location."

so the issue started in July and now, October, 3 months later restriction won't go away - sounds like a soft banning on their end - have you tried communication with them?

Exactly! What is a soft banning?
Yes, I've sent serveral emails. All they say is that everything is automatic, and the system will automatically lift the suspension once it decides to.

I don't know what you are saying. I ship from my country and I don't lie about it. I obviously also send all the products I sell.

The good: Your account isn't suspended.

The bad: An account that has issues like this will get easily flagged and banned in the future.

Here's some suggestions:

1. Call them and tell them what really happened to you. Show them your hospital records and see if they can help you.

2. Try to improve the account stats, but don't put all your eggs in one basket.

3. Have a couple backup accounts so you can start selling again. You can use the stealth guide to make them or buy premade accounts from the marketplace or do both.

you need to get new accounts and start shipping from within the US

this is a common problem , packets to the US arrive late unless expensive shipping methods are used

if the item is listed outside of ebay.com and US buyers complain about late arrival ebay are usually more tolerant but listing on ebay.com with items constantly arriving late can easily lead to such bans again and again
