Yes you should create with residential. After the account has aged you can then stop using residential

No, you don't need residential IP in USA. Try resetting your router to get a fresh IP

If you are in the USA just use your cell phone as a hotspot and change IP address just by going into flight mode and back out again. If you want a safe IP address system and you live in the same country as you are selling into, this is the way to do it, plus it has no more cost.

I do not recommend a VPS as the server farm they are in have a static IP which would show that is what you are using, and if you are selling under a personal account that will be suspicious.
