Delist and store listings for relisting later

Hi
I'm taking a break from ebay for a while, stock will sit in storage. Is there a way to delist and save all the listings so its quick and easy to relist everything the same as when its delisted without manually having to go through each listing, check stock etc?

Taking a few month away from it. :cheer:

The best way is to back up the listings to a third party listing company, so you can delete them and reinstate at a flick of a switch, or you can download the listings to a .CVS Excel file and upload them when you want to relist.

depending on how many listings, you could sell similar and then safe as draft...one option

I agree, the best solution is a third party service.

The CSV solution is incredibly clunky and does not back up your images. For the time it takes to manipulate it to get it to work in any reasonable manner you'll wish you'd gone for an aftermarket solution. There's other benefits too, lifetime database of all listings, multiple account options etc.

just adjust quantity to one and set the price point something unrealistic to the product and let it continously relist so it builds rank authority.

free game right there.

It would work I suppose but definitely will not build rank authority.

Ranking is bases upon listing impressions, sales volume and probably most importantly those who pay for promoted listings. And, I suspect, price competitiveness given they tell you how your price compares to the site median so clearly monitored.

Based upon what I've read here and other forums it seems that cancelling and relisting would be an easier way of getting back on the front page than trying to recover listings which had slid into obscurity even if it means forfeiting any long-standing sales data.

The maximum you can set your 'time away' is 30 days but it can be managed for longer periods so would work in principle.

But you leave yourself open to the listings sliding down the page if you do.

I've used it for holidays and when listing are turned back on sales are nothing like they were before. It takes a little while to recover.
