eBay has Completely Discontinued Phone Support
 

It looks like eBay has finally completely done away with phone support as of last night. All phone numbers and options result in telling you to contact them online. It is impossible to talk to a live person about anything anymore.

Does anyone have a phone number that leads to a real person at eBay?

Please prove me wrong 🙏

If you get locked out an account because you can't complete a phone verification, they provide a number (and reference) for you to call them eg you no longer have access to a phone number on an old account.

go to Ebay seller forum and ask,power sellers may have phone service.

You can not phone them but you can request a phone back as an option when you go to the help section.

I don’t have such an issue maybe it’s just temporary ? I’m Uk tho , and usually when you call companies even most of them use bots on the phone customer service line u can talk to it asking for agent asking to connect you there

In europe who has used .com site phone option is not available already since covid started. All questions and problems only by email. And on other end there is cheap workers who don't have any access to ebay system and can not tell you anything except their template answers. You can send whatever you want but every time you will get same copy paste email.
This is future for all country's. Why they need to support call center if they can hire idiots wich need to be teached how to use ctrl+c and ctrl+v ?

This is exactly what is happening to me.
I need to solve a problem with my account and I can only get silly answers.
How can I talk with someone from ebay that will really read what I write them?

You have to be an important seller,Ebay used to have customer support for any issue involved $1k ,dunno if they still do.
