Does Ebay remember listing images???
 

so I wanted to list an item on my stealth ebay account for 400£ its a jacket but ebay said that the number is too high so I saved the listing in my save for later tab on ebay and it had the images I was going to use I then deleted the draft listing. If I were to make the same listing on my main account would eBay recognise the images and then ban my main account ???

if you are using the same image across accounts, it could cause linking due to the metadata on the image - best to alter and/or strip the image data

Someone once said that eBay never delete images or listings even when deleted by the seller, they can detect the relisted item and link the accounts.

Not so,Ebay does not save our listings.

Paypal never delete our accounts,even after we close the accounts.

ebay at one time said it will use our images,

I would err on the side of caution and just take new photos. I believe egay can link based on old photos.

Yes always use new images taken by yourself if possible and use different wording on the listing description and title to the ones used in the old listing.

Yes they will have saved it. Just make sure to remove EXIF data though and and its unlikely to cause any issues

As above, strip the data (I use batch purifier) and the images can be used over and over.

I've used the same images on many accounts now for 20 years and never had them linked.

Whilst I can't disagree that the title and description should be amended, I've used the same templates over and over too without issue but that's not to say it couldn't be my downfall tomorrow.

i use batchpurifier too - exifdata also is a nice option

screenshot the photo, go to paint, add something to the background, screenshot the image again after editing, and you're good to go.

they flag certain meta tags in photos
