Has anyone relisted reported item ?

I get VERO warning from random guy from India, i try to talk with him, why does he report my items , but without success.

I'll send message to Vero eBay department , the question is, can i get back listing with all eatchers and sale history?

i dont think you can ever get back the listing with all the watchers and sale history since those listings get deleted technically.

don't relist the item without clearance

Hmmm... It's probably some friend of the competitor of the same item.

I found this dude on facebook and he export Indian spicies and etc.

Fak, i think so too, technically item deleted, and you will not get back your good history.

a vero warning still has a flag on your account so, if you get reported by this guy or anyone else again, your account could have big problems....it's the way vero warnings work sadly

Yes, few times i got vero, but it was because that type of product can't be exported to the specific country and my shipping was worldwide.

Now i got intelluctal VERO warning, he claim he owns the images and description of the items, which one is 100% not true, i even contact my supllier just to make sure.

This is the dude who send report.

The product he report was electronic device and he has shop with Indian spicies.

you will need to get that info to eb to remove the vero strike on your account

Yes, i ll do on Monday working hours, on that time you can get better customer support.

The dude make problems from nowhere, on that listing i did clicks and sales boosting and spend almost ~ 100usd ...

I fail to see the reason to bring more trouble when it is not necessary. If an item is causing issues like this, why not try selling something less risky? Typically when you try to force something on the market it never works. Wisdom is to find what sells and is in demand, then focus on that instead.

Yes, good advice , i know who report the listing, it's two Indians, one of them living in London and he is a new seller trying to get sales for the same product.

The action they did call - bussiness fraud and you can easy report them and start investagion. I know the seller who sell this item and he has stock worth 60k-90k usd.

what kind of stock and how do you know?

It's electronic parts.I know how much units in stock he has and approximately price he paid,that's why range from 60k-90k.

In eBay no one use real stock, but in amazon, you can scrape the stock, i think you can do that with extention.

I just call eBay and waiting reply from VERO team.


Support guy say they get report and documents, the photo and description it's from their website...and i only can relist item, wtihout all traffic history.

From where i live now, it's only 3 hours fly to India, i can visit my friend there and the dude who reporting me :heh:

If the listing is reported and taken down then the history’s all gone I’m afraid

It’s going to be risky listing again if it’s going to get reported again it may loose you your eBay account

Yes, sadly all history are gone :amen:

I get reply from VERO team, i have to wait 5 business days and if the "owner" did not reply to me, eBay allow me to relist item and i will ask remove defect rate too.

To be honest this dude and his friend scam eBay with this report, i will ask them why they not send me email before deleting listing.

Hahaha, i wish i have time fly to India, i will visit my friend, explore local tourist places and eat a lot of Indian food-one of my favorite cruisine.

I'll go with my friend to local ward there that dude live, write report with my friend and pay local police 200$ to found that dude, but i think it would be worth to do that,just to see his reaction and lisen his explaine why he is so toxic :lol: :lol: :lol:
