What countries accept payoneer as a cashout bank for Ebay?
I already know about Israel,Philipinnes and Sri Lanka. Are there any
European countries?

I am from Bosnia, payoneer is only method here for cashout.

Payonner works for pretty much any country outside the EU, UK, USA and AU.

Yes, payouts are directly from Payoneer to my Bank account. Was working smoothly and bank was accepting payouts until i reached 35-40k$ (because of the IRS here), after that they refused to receive my payments since IRS Cant control payoneer (as thay say it is "gray zone") and Bank ended my contract saying they dont want me as a Client any more because of that.
But I ordered a Payoneer card, and I am cashing out on different ATMs and since then everything is Okay :)

were you receiving money directly from ebay account or were you sending money from other payoneer accounts that were stealth to your personal US account and cashing out?

Ebay -> Payoneer -> My Bank account.

It is my personal eBay with my real data not stealth.

Thailand uses payoneer as only payout method but I think you need a Thai bank to open the payoneer account. Or Thai debit card

Whats the benefit over Paypal? I'm Uk though a Payoneer sounds useful as another pay out method

As payoneer is not in the UK and with U.K. HMRC regulations coming into place the benefit of using payoneer seems a good option especially if you plan to operate a lot of of stealth accounts.
