Open ebay account with uk company

Hello,
I opened a Belgian Ebay account (professionnel) with Uk company
the problem that ebay asked me to verify my companie's informations
but each time they refuse to verify my account
It's that the problem that i have a Belgian ebay account with uk company??
should i have a Belgian company with ebay Belgian company??

It would seem logical that the company for the account be in the same country.

Please could I ask why you would open a UK company to sell in Belgium and you seem to be German?

There's all kinds of ugly cross-border implications, residency, VAT etc so not sure what you are trying to achieve.
