Recommended selling limits for new sellers to avoid MC011?

My previous account got MC011 suspended with over 3k sales on the 1st month with items ranging $100-$200, I'm starting up a new stealth now and I'm looking to get some guidance for limits I should adhere to in order to avoid MC011

If your account was a personal one and you hit 3k in sales in the first months then it will get suspended, even business accounts have to be built up over a period of time.

Also the item values are a bit high for a new personal account, you need to gradually build the account up, some say no, I have had personal experience that after nearly a year if the account does more sales than previously, they will temporarily restrict you and investigate the account. They will ask that you upload tracking numbers and show that all orders have been delivered, then you appeal, they will then come back and ask for drivers license or passport, invoices for items sold and a copy of a credit card bill. If all are good you can resume selling.

3k of sales in the first month is high - you need to slowly ramp up sales over several months.

Are you selling any risky items?

Are electronics - laptops, earphones, leaf blowers risky items? What is a good rule of time for $XXX sales over XXX months?

laptops and earphones are risky especially if branded.

Aim for 100-250 in first month(s) then slowly ramp up

What is a good guideline for the rate of increase?

all brand new electronics are suspect, esp if you are using stock photo and shipped from a different address than yours.

Update, got $543 sales in Nov and I'm currently at $427 for Dec, is a 1.5x rate a decent rate to increase?

Nov. was your first month? Looks like you aimed moderately high - hopefully no issues :)

Yes, first month. What rate of increase would you recommend?

You had 543 in sales in Nov and got along ok - maybe aim for a repeat then ramp up in Jan

What do you think about a 1.5-2x increase in net sales every month?

I can't say 100% but 1.5 might be ok - electronics is tricky but so far it looks like you have been doing ok...
