How to set up eBay account in LLC name?
 

I have a legal LLC in my name, and I use it for Amazon. I was banned years ago on eBay for failing to ship some items when I went out of town, and now I would like to work around this ban. Is it possible for me to set up eBay accounts in my legal LLC name so it doesn’t get shut down?

out of curious why didn't you ship the items out? Did you not care or did you forget?

Was like May of 2020. Was hard to bring the stuff to the USPS building to ship it out, and eventually just got behind. Cancelled like 3 orders and I guess that was it for me lol. Tried my best to explain the situation but no luck

Yeah, just make a new biz acc with a different IP. Use the business address, (long as it hasnt been suspended before) and when adding primary account holder info just put the address as yours with the biz address, and you should be good to go

My business address is the same address as my personal, which I used for my banned account. Is there a work around for this? Also, I have NordVPN, idk what else is a good way to get a new IP.

Any vpn is a no no, a sure way to get flagged or worse

Go to a friends house and make the account, and use there address for both the biz and the primary address. When they ask for ID verification, send in your passport.

If you have military ID you can use that as well without it being checked.

Does it matter the device? Can I use the same laptop? Ive heard cookies on your device or even Etsys database keeps it as reference.
