Aliexpress to ebay 2023?
 

Hello

I have seen a lot of European sellers who dropship from Aliexpress to eBay, and doing great, have more than 1-2k and more listings.


My question is:

1. Is it still working what I should be aware of when starting a new store for Aliexpress dropshipping?
   
2. Does eBay accept Aliexpress invoices or do we need to make ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones?

Any tips - apprciated.

I'm not sure as I have never done it, we were discussing in another thread how many Chinese sellers ship to a European warehouse first, and then send to the customer quickly from there

Where in UK are you?
If you are in London ,I bet you can find wholesale importers who have those Ali stuff,and you can go and buy from them instead.

People say all that but stores are still successful with higher prices and longer shipping times. But you might get a dropshipping violation

Then she would list the item Is in China while she is in UK.
Paypal is known to have suspended seller who would get paid for an item via Paypal and immediately use Paypal to purchase the item from Aliexpress .
But I dont know if Ayden has caught on to this?

Yes item location should be correct. PayPal hates aliexpress. Even if you have balance from past sales they will block payments to aliexpress. After a few tries they will ban the account...been there lol.

The reason why is that the buyer would file dispute as it gets the wrong item or size and color does not match or takes too long to arrive.

Yeah, it seems to be a good idea, but sellers show that their item location is China, they shipping directly from Ali.

If its working its working, it doesn't care. The question is is it possible? How ebay will react from first sale?

It will work but for how long? They can tell tracking number is for aliexpress standard shipping

If you set up your operation correctly there is no problem with dropshipping. But you would be well advised to mature the account a little first with some domestic deliveries. Buy some stock, sell it yourself, even at a small loss, to get the account moving.

Then introduce dropshipped goods and be very precise on shipping times, locations etc.

Margins are small, but if you're prepared to put the effort in and play the numbers game there is profit to be made.

All that said, I've only ever seen it as 'icing on the cake' profit, I've never been able to reply on it completely for my income as buyers are more driven by 'next day delivery' than they are price and that's the audience I want so ship all my best sellers myself or get Amazon to do it via their warehouses on my FBA stock.

Small Chinese manufacturers are notorious in 'item not as described',different color,size,so if you are relying on them to fulfill order,how do you handle return?
You sure do not want to pay the return shipping back to China,so just eat the loss?

I doubt ebay will accept returns to China. So yea just take the loss.

Yes at times there can be issues...part of the game
