If I'm using make an offer plus variable promotional listings.

How do I know what my final promotional listing fee will be when trying to accept the offer?

Variable promotional listings have a base price so you add the % of the accepted offer to those fees and there's your final fee, no?

That's what I thought but accepted an offer and had no promoted fees charge. So I have no idea if it's being charged or not before accepting

It’s difficult to work out until after you accept the offer, I prefer not to use the make an offer unless I want to dump that product out.

and you never will know. Until you accept the offer there is no way of telling if the buyer was directed to you via a chargeable promotion.
