Static residential vs rotating residential vs rotating mobile IPS
 

Anyone had tested the 3 above? I've always went with static residential as it just makes sense for a legit user, why would you have a mobile proxy or why would you IP change everytime? But I could be totally wrong here since I've never tested the other 2

Residential or cellphone for me primarily - i dont do the proxy.

I do change IP when I switch accounts though

Most Static residential proxy in market was ⊗⊗⊗⊗d from datacenter IPs.I think they just paid all the ip checker to hide their datacenter profile to make their checking log look like a residential .I think ebay still be able to identify them.but however maybe still better than direct data center ip anyway. to run aged accounts maybe,not to create account.

If you are living in the country you are selling in the best solution is using your cell phone as a mobile hotspot.

Do you need any program like Ads power when you use Hot spot MObile ? or connect straigh to way Computer ? thx

Static residential is always the best in an ideal sense. Otherwise I would just go with mobile tethering. You don't have to track the IP.
