Somone answer me this about an ebay seller account

The account has 3 Vero Violations. Received a 7 day restriction. Once the restriction was lifted, a store account was opened.

When looking at the seller dashboard, everything is GREEN and HIGH. Policy compliance is COMPLETELY CLEAN like nothing ever happened.

Any ideas?

Been quirky things since Thanksgiving. 'Data' I expect to be there, ain't.
