what was the reason for return ? Give more information, was the return automatically approved by ebay or you manually? whats your settings on returns on your listing?

I could be wrong but I believe ebay extended the return window to 90 days.
Yes, it's ridiculous.

I think that if some buyers are able to open a claim after a certain periiod is not affecting, it can stay open and there is no the option to ask for eba y help

Ebay has a 30 days moneyback policy for buyer, after 30 days, buyer is on his own to dispute or return the item.

They can open it but eBay won't intervene. I had it happen to me the money back guarantee does not apply after 30 days don't worry about it.

Ebay money back guarantee for 30 days only if buyer cannot reach an agreement with the seller.

So I'm guessing the 14 day one is just for show? Either way, I try to keep buyers happy. I know they can do a chargeback if they wanted to.

Filing chargeback is not that common in other countries,in fact some one from S AFrica said there is no such thing as chargeback????????
