I cant login on ebay new user old number deactivated
 

I canceled an ebay user by error from the pc ,

now i had to make a new user but i cant do the login anymore to ebay

because they just ask for confirmation code from an old ph number that is not active anymore ,

I tried to contact them as guest from different countries but the chat is not available then i sent an email

but in order to update with a new ph number they ask for id and proof of address ,

do you think i should try again if is there the chat availble or send other email

to find other agent that maybe change it without question?
as the acc is stealth i dont want to risk

If you do not have the old phone for verification there is no way around having to re verify the ID on the account in order to put a new phone number in.

I know this is going to help but for next time always keep SIM cards and mark them in permanent marker so they don’t rub off with the initials of the eBay account so you know which sim to use for which eBay account.

When triggering login verification, there are usually two ways: confirmation code of phone number or registration email confirmation code.
eBay only provides you with a phone number verification method to log in. And your original number is not available.
1. You can try to contact eBay customer service using another phone number. They will ask you to provide some account information. You will eventually be asked to provide identity verification documents.
2. Contact customer service via email. With any luck, they will ask you directly for the relevant identification documents. Instead of asking you to contact them using your original phone number.

How to Contact customer service via email? they don't provide email to contact. I can login to the orignal email address of my account, but phone not.

I am not sending the docs they ask 3-4 types different the account is stealth

I see before happened i just wrote them they changed only asking name address now is harder

i tried chrome and explorer , maybe are all the same at this point as there are no cookies :at login no option of the code to be sent by email, only by phone to the old number

i've had success before in logging in to an old account under a brand new user account without cookies in place and keeping the IP same as prior account login - if this worth a try on your end at all...
