EMS Package hold and released, but how come it takes so long to arrive NYC?!

It seems my package has been released from China Customs long time ago. but the EMS tracking number never update sice Dec/02.

It's very unnormal..... did it by hold in US Customs as well? Is there any way i can find out the packaged exactly location? or I should just treat it as lost???

It looks like it got sent back to the seller, you should contact your supplier.

I am also waiting for my orders which was sent on 11/27. It was dispatched from China on 11/28 and it took 12 days to arrive in NY (12/10) and it is on its way now. Expect to arrive in 3 days. My supplier said shipping is very slow due to holiday season.

She actually sent me 4 boxes and only 1 arrive in NY, she was very nice to call me and informed me about it.

New York is the best, but yeah it takes about 10 days for mine to arrive in NY but the OP got his handed over to customs in China which doesnt happen too often so it may have been returned to seller and may not but doesn't hurt to check.

I also have a package that is stuck in Guangzhou China. It arrived at sorting center on 12-7, released from customs on 12-8 and dispatched from sorting center with no further tracking since then. It is also an Ebay purchase with 100 items in it. I have asked seller to check into it but have not received anything back from them in 2 days.Is there anything else to do? I wish EMS had an e-mail you could communicate with them. Any advise?:suspicious:
