Seems like something with eBay security has changed after November 2023. There is something that they may be now looking at when accounts are converted to seller accounts. My only advice is too maybe age them a few weeks or months, so they eBay bots are not as tough on them

It's still pretty high security. I get the reactivates, suspensions and the stupid BS listing removals.

March hopefully should be low.

Yes, the AI bots have been a serious problem with account creation. It has gotten more difficult than it was last year and even the year before that mostly personal accounts are either 700 or 3500 limits across the board. Business accounts are 500 K depending on details use. I have noticed accounts that receive 300-350 limits are from information used on previously suspended accounts

It is 100% account creation problem.

I can make account and list Hermes after 5min, no any reactivate emails.

But its coming as waves. Now i have reactivate emails.
Also selling limits is not constance. Every account different.

At January everything was stable. Since end of Feb again got bans

Ebay started out as a person to person buy/sell venue,so a personal account with 700 or 3500 is fair.
Business 500K also makes sense,if a business is doing more than 500K,it probably does not need Ebay as its fees and MP take a big chunk of profit.
BBY sells on Ebay,returns and refurbished only.
Some sells outdated shoes,handbags,clothes,devices.

Items like that will get you reactivated for sure.

I have items that are risky and they at times get hit with it.

BUt lately hasn't been the case, maybe security is low right now.

solved this problem or not? i heard from someone who sell accounts that this situation is normal since ebay uses AI ,and we need to call ebay to answer some questions and then upload ID, but I wonder if account will soon be suspended after relist items.

It is best not to publish on the same day, wait about 3 days or better a week, after that time publish something quickly and cross your fingers that you will sell.
eBay, if you want to publish the same day, will close your account for security.

Yup I did find the solution so I know for a fact why these reactivates messages are happening (DON'T ASK LOL) ..... I opened up 7 accounts 9 DAYS AGO and none got the reactivates message AT ALL.when I use to get them same days yup I definitely discovered the fountain of youth.. good luck guy

Ya, because the security was low now. Look at the time that post was made, literally a month ago. Reactivates have died down quite a bit.

Buyer accounts with history turn nicely into seller accounts.

But, you can create seller accounts straight away and not get reactivate or suspension messages

Not sure what is going on but when I created accounts back in November last year it was easy! I just create 2 accounts, both business and both got suspended. First one got the reactivate restriction and when I called, I was sold SORRY you are indefinitely suspended (despite never receiving suspension message) and the second one today. Created account, sent deposits and then got message that my payouts were on hold. Okay no a big deal. Suddenly today received indefinite suspension.

Ya, that is the case with eBay's stupid AI bots. Been a whole year with this BS. From listing removals, reactivates, suspensions to verifying identity when turning a buyer into a seller account.

eBay better get their shiit together as people are leaving that platform as is.

Not to mention their search function is broken and the morons at eBay don't even bother. Sales are down significantly, views are down. Once they also impletented that stupid PPV model, it has been down the drain since
