Even though it's unrelated to your phone SMS issue, you need to stop using these "multiple proxies" and "software".

I’ve never actually had issues with this setup, I use adspower with real mobile proxies and real sims.

Also: this has now been resolved, it was a genuine eBay issue - I emailed them and they responded yesterday saying it had affected a certain area and has now been resolved.
