| Yes, that was the original point of a C&D letter, to stop the person doing what they are doing, and never do it again. Not ''can we have some money?'' But this company owner has mental problems, through deep investigations I have found the company owners personal FB page, and I see that they like to make lots of threats to anyone that looks at them the wrong way. Thats why I will get legal advise, because I think they could be in breach with their letters they have been sending me, all it takes is one wrong word..and they have not been using a solicitor to write the letters |
