Print On Demand Uk Market

Our there many sellers on here using multiple accounts for print on demand?

We are a POD fulfilment centre and have always used multiple accounts to protect us in various ways, mostly so no one sees how many lines we actually sell, but also helps with those pesky IP complaints we learnt 8+ years ago that most sales channels let you get 3 strikes and then your out- so I used stealth to spread the risk.

Just wondered if any one else does the same.

self printed t shirts have always been a risk because they sell best when they carry well known images/names etc. even if it is not brands and there you can easily get copyright disputes

Having multiple accounts with the new tax reporting will be difficult. Many POD businesses wont have a way round spreading the risk across multiple accounts like before.

The new laws have been implemented to boost traditional businesses.

We also sell shirts and hoodies, print them ourselves, and sell them through our own shop. Mostly car brands, no problems so far. Amazon works only without brand names in the listing but gets blocked after a few months. However, it always depends on the brand; certain ones we have had online for 3 years, while others are deleted after a few hours. Over the past 5 years, we have only lost 2 Amazon accounts.

Stealth accounts are usually necessary so that sellers who handle a lot of logistics can sell without many problems. Stealth accounts generally present a lot of problems but they will be less when you maintain a large one and sell little by little at a time.

If there are multiple accounts, that's the best you can do.
Try to sell slowly and sell only one type of product in each account, for example an account that sells only household products, another children's products, and so on.
