Reusing an EIN (what happens)
 

So my llc account with an ein was banned
I decided to reuse it and make a new account with an item posted so far no bans
I am cool with waiting up to 180 days for my money can i just keep reselling using the same ein over and over agian. I just prefer the account creation process for business users over regular users since i found a beneficial exploit for me

outside of being potentially linked and banned would reusing the ein cause me to have problems with getting my payouts on the other banned accounts that share the same ein? or is it just like reusing ssn/itin

Should be no problem.

I have reused the last 4 digits of ssn and EIN for several accounts.

Now the full number, I have reused up to 4 times. Anytime after that, I can't comment on.

Accounts will get banned but might take months for that to happen.

I reused an EIN only once and my account was suspended in about 70 days. I think it was partly due to my activity of selling quickly, not sure if it was exactly because of the EIN, but I'm assuming so because it was a permanent suspension, no MC011 asking for docs. The most I got out of trust & safety was they thought I had another account.

In this case, it is most likely that they linked your EIN with both accounts,,,
When you sell very quickly they ask:
DL on both sides
invoice for the products you sell
and a bank statement showing that you purchased those products
