what kind of edits do you need?
depends on what things you need to edit. Acrobat PRO DC is what i am using for text editing

This editor is perfectly good (Acrobat PRO DC) but we also have other very good ones online:
ilovepdf
canvas
all these can help you..
but the best is photoshop

Adobe Acrobat PRO for me. Free if you're happy to use a pirated copy, which I am.

Indeed, I can't remember the last time I paid for any software or operating system.

The only legitimate OS I have is the one which came with my laptop. my main PC and it's Virtual Machines all have hookey Win 10/11.

Adobe Acrobat Pro or Foxit PDF Reader

Be careful, as cracked software often comes with viruses

Don't they have a weekly or monthly payment? So they aren't really free?

yes it has fully function , actually after edited and downloaded 3 times must wait abt 30 min 1 hour for not upgrade ..as they know :p

I use Foxit as well. Best editor so far.

Hello everybody sorry for only replying now and thank you to this community for so much help above sorry I should have said I'm wanting to edit address on utility bill as part of the address is wrong thanks PS I don't want to have to pay for the software I know there's lots of options out there but never done it before

lot of options have been provided - make a choice and get it done - or pay someone reliable to do it
