Ebay Back Office No More Responding in 48-72
 
So ive got two different stealths running with money in it and i have to restrictions placed. One for show proof of postage feedback etc and the other supplier docs and ID

Sent both in but one of them is now going into the EIGHTH day of waiting, so i emailed them again and they said THREE Business days

The other has passed 72 hrs going on 96hrs

Is anybody else experiencing this or has this happened before and what do you think is going on behind scenes

All these 3 days,24 hours,7 days are just estimate ,you just have to be patient.

Ebay would ask us not to keep asking,once is enough and it will get to your case.

they have a huge backlog to tackle,you just have to wait your turn.
I would give it 7 days.

ebay in recent days you have experienced a large volume of complaints in its customer service center, for this reason you are closing tickets and requests to resolve them beforehand, that is why you should write to them every day, it already happened to me and this is how you solve it
