Business account and MC011
 

My real info was banned before on ebay and every time any accounts under my name gets a MC011. After I send in all the info(ID.Invoices etc) they suspend the account right away. However on the accounts that I used my friend/relative info I could pass most of the times.(my items are all legit with legit invoices).
I am wondering if I open an LLC under my name and new EIN. would that make any difference? as in this case ebay would treat me as a business entity instead of an individual. And in case of getting a MC011. Would they still ask for ID and full SSN? And would that make any difference for them on linking to my previous accounts?

I recommend using a stealth account for this. It will be better in the long run.
Surely when you make a new account eBay will link you to the previous accounts and everything will explode.

Stealth account on managed payment? good for long run? how does that even make any sense? I don't even think you can make any stealth US account now let alone runs for a long time.

whether it is personal or business account,it is still YOU.
Ebay can ask SSN for the person who runs the LLC

I am fully aware of that. I am just wondering in case of a MC011 appeal. Would a registered business account with EIN help preventing ebay linking you to your previous suspended accounts(used SSN on those)?

usually when you use a business account after having used your data in a personal account and it was permanently suspended.
eBay can quickly link you to the new account and lose it

You need someone to help you open a stealth account that protects certain things, there are too many variables in your question. Can it be done, yes, does it seem like you know how to do it, I'm not sure. Have you read the stealth guide thoroughly?

OP, please list all your steps for account creation so forum can discuss your situation better - perhaps you are doing something wrong in your setup

I have been on the forum for over 10 years I know the stealth guide thoroughly. BTW the guide is super outdated and does not apply to the current scenarios most of the time.

Nothing wrong with my account creation. they had been up and running until it hit a point that required MC011. Its inevitable if you selling VERO even if they are legit. ALL I am asking is if say I open an account with a LLC under my name with EIN. Would that make any difference for ebay to link me to my previous suspended accounts opened with SSN?
And no one can give me a straightforward answer.

Just saying, if you've been here for 10 years and are still wondering if an LLC has different protections via a business account versus personal, something is wrong. MC011 isn't always mandatory and is a manually done action by someone from trust and safety. So, in 10 years, you've only made personal accounts with the SAME SSN and curious why you are banned again and again? Maybe this exact stealth is outdated, but search, you will find exactly what you need to know. Someone asked earlier for listing your steps for account creation, please list your method of account creation.

There are several ways to create an eBay account, generally the steps are almost the same, some of us use Gmail emails, others Yahoo, some use virtual numbers, others real numbers...
But the important thing is that when we create accounts we can help ourselves to achieve consolidation, a clean process so that eBay does not limit our accounts so much...
eBay has a first way to eliminate us, the so-called eBay algorithms--
the other, after argorism raises red flags in us, a human processes mc011 and we already know what happens next...

we are all trying to tell you same SSN would not work.
No one here works for Ebay,we cannot guarantee anything we tell you would work.
Even among Ebay staff,whether it is bot or human,they sometimes contradict each other.

linking is done easily but this depends on reason of previous suspensions , on some suspensions they do not allow back , on others they do. especially they allow back if the suspensions were not policy violations in copyright/trademarks

Apparently they do not allow me back. So a business with EIN would not help preventing links at all. Correct?

Business account with EIN will work if it is not your ID -SSN,etc
