Ive been receiving smaller payments on a stealth

Today after donkey months on waiting for my dough on a new stealth account.

" i had a message saying that unfortunatley an payout of over £1k was returned by your bank because your account could not be verified, we will try resending it"

After that though i got another payout of £9.98 which went through

After that im now in a payouts on hold for a periodic performance review red banner rubbish

The 1k has not returned to the account or the Ebay console

Can anybody help and shed light? My bank said they never received nothing in the first place

Odd, is this the first time you used this bank or you've been using it with no issues?

after review if not suspended re-add the same bank account if you know it works

I had this a couple of times on my real!!! account in my name , it is a payment error at bank or at ebay , had to re-add and re-verify

so basically i sold a big machinery for 1k and 2k at first...passed the first restriction. they kept the hold for 30 days

the smaller ones were passing fine...It now came up to the 30 days and thats when things went south

on a 2 months old account you can try to do a turnover of a few hundred pounds per month , I would say 200-300

1000 pound withdrawal easily leads to performance review even on old and established accounts which usually pass but on a new one it is easier to suspend it and keep the funds

feels like they didnt even attempt to send the payment....running you around in circles

most likely bots blocked it on withdrawal and sent to manual review , it is a known fact that 1K is a large amount of money on ebay , large enough to get any account suspended if it does not have selling history

in order to be able to withdraw that much at once the account should be actively selling on lower volume for at least 4-6 months and even then it would still be risky

They can be new ways to keep sellers' money when they are sure it is a stealth account.
Although we could suspect that it could be people who work on eBay stealing these funds.
It's a theory, I'm not sure.

Definitely due to the sales amounts - it was flagged from the beginning since those large sales

this is it as ebay behave the same way as paypal used to behave , such amounts on brandnew paypal accounts would have made problems as well

this is primarily an issue for sellers who want to run large turnover , this can only be done very slowly , months and months of account development are needed otherwise any bigger withdrawal could become the last one even if it is just 500 quid

Its so ridiculous with the way prices have skyrocketed and inflation that ebay dosent actually take into account that 1k is actually not so big money

Go dining out anywhere in the world even to your local, prices are straight crazy. Holidays, Renting etc etc

Imagine "nuturing" a succesful business on ebay and being scared to make sales beyond a certain amount because Robots dont like it

They dont mind letting you get small change on a regular but immediately you make a bigger amount they want to hold and suspend

What exactly are they doing with Cash Flow? Are they funding a war or building a new planet?

paypal on ebay was also like that , already forgotten?

solution is simple: you start 200 pounds per month and increase by 10%-15% every month

Ebay used to have a customer service which serve sellers selling items $1000 and more,I guess they closed it.
$1K is not rare ,it depends on which category-gold buillion,gold bars,designer watches .
All the precious metal dealers sell on Ebay,and Walmart

You said passed first restriction, that was your first reality check. If you've got a new account within 90 days already seeing periodic reviews, or a restriction chances are very high you'll end up getting a MC011. Based on my experience at least.

Usually that periodic review is not random, it's something in the system getting detected. It's not always seen within the first review, so after the second or third it means something is very wrong. It can either be your sign up strategy, what you are selling is considered high risk for a new account, linked to another account, or you've got too many disputes.

On my aged account, I never got any periodic reviews unless I saw increased "Item not receive claims" get opened. For newer accounts you have to balance the sales history as well. Cannot have any sudden spikes. Your chart off the monthly most appear straight as possible to reduce chances of getting flagged.

That is very true, you have 2 reviews in a month or two months it is better to leave it and move on

No,there was the Ebay assistant program where an Ebayer would list your items for you,he will come to your house,look at what you have,take pictures and list them for you.

When his bank rejected the MP deposit,that sounds off an alarm with Ebay(he has a stealth account) and the rejection must be name mismatched.
The returned payment must have his bank account name and Ebay then found out the stealth account belonged to a person who has been suspended,so he got suspended again.
The second deposit went thru,so his bank must have set a limit ,small amount,they dont bother to check names.
But Ebay should release the two payments to you if the buyers have received the item.

banks do reject deposits,Ebay sees it all the time.
I still do not understand how banks can accept any deposits not addressed to the account holder ?
It is like I picked up a check on the street addressed to John Doe for $1000 and I run to my bank and deposit in my bank account,not even bother to endorse it.
